Read 2 Corinthians 5:20.
Paul calls followers of Jesus “Ambassadors.” Just as a nation’s ambassadors represent their country, we are to represent Christ in our daily lives. Being an ambassador of Christ means more than believing in a God of love. It is a profound calling in our lives to be an example to others of the love, grace, mercy, forgiveness and kindness of Christ. Are we aware that people watch how we are living our lives? What do people see when they look at us and how we live? Do they see Christ in us? Are we conveying God’s love and grace? Are we offering them Christ?

Lord, show me each day how I can be a better ambassador for you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
