Read Galatians 5:1.
You are free. Paul assures the people of his time and ours that, because of what God did through Jesus Christ, we are free to live life at its fullest and best. Yet sometimes that eludes us. Christ came so that we could have freedom, but often we don’t feel free. We feel trapped in the unending chaos of everyday life, trying to find balance between the pursuit of a dream and the reality of responsibility.
In the stillness of the morning, find a space to breathe. If you listen, you may hear the Spirit calling ever so gently, Come to Me and rest. God’s grace is sufficient. God never intended for anyone to be perfect. His strength is enough.
Freedom in Christ comes when I relinquish my need for perfection and rest in Him. Follow His plan and rely on His direction for this day and the days to come.
Personal Worship Option:
Tell Jesus how grateful you are that He is enough. Remind yourself during the day - that He has the plan and follow His leading in thoughts, words, and actions.
